Care requirements
A few helpful things to know before your visit, so we can keep everyone happy and safe.
Do pets need to be vaccinated?
Yes. Dogs need current C5 vaccinations and cats need current F3 vaccinations. Please bring your vet record to your first visit.
What should I bring for a stay?
Your pet’s usual food, any medication with written instructions, and a favourite toy or blanket if they have one. We provide bedding, bowls and treats.
Is there an age limit for daycare?
Puppies and kittens are welcome from 16 weeks, once their vaccinations are complete. Senior pets are welcome too; just tell us about any special needs.
